A pitch deck is rarely the moment a deal gets won. But it is almost always the moment a deal gets lost, if the deck does not hold up. Pitch deck design for us is not about decorating slides, it is about building a narrative that runs past you in 15 minutes and still stands at the end. What makes a pitch deck work

Decks rarely fail on aesthetics. They fail on choreography. Too many slides try to explain everything, and nobody has the patience for that. Other decks get so reduced that they do not work without the speaker. We build decks that connect both worlds, the stage and the inbox.

Before layout begins we structure the storyline with you. What is the problem, who has it, why now, who else solves it, why you, what happens without you, what does it cost, what is next. That order is not arbitrary. It is the basic structure of almost every working pitch, whether for investors, a sales deck meeting, or a keynote presentation.

Brand positioning shapes the voice, visual identity shapes the look. When neither is in place, a short brand workshop can clear the pain points up front.

How we build decks

We design in Figma because modules, components, and styles stay cleanest there. You get a module library with cover, problem slides, solution slides, market sizing, traction, team, roadmap, ask. From this you can assemble the current deck, the next one, and the one after.

Exports go to PDF for sending, Keynote or PowerPoint for live presentation. Both get tested cleanly because Keynote and PowerPoint handle fonts and animations differently, and a deck without that check sometimes shows up naked when opened elsewhere.

For many brands the project does not end with the first deck. We design the modules so your team can assemble new pitches in the months ahead without calling a designer every time. A retainer for seasonal updates or new modules is available afterwards.

A fully designed pitch deck with 15 to 25 slides, master, and module library typically lands between € 3,500 and € 8,500. Complex decks with custom infographics, data visualisation, or multiple language versions push the range higher.

From briefing to final PDF, 2 to 5 weeks is realistic. Plan an additional week if a storyline workshop runs up front.

16:9 in Figma by default, with clean export to Keynote and PowerPoint. On request also printed A4 decks for leave-behinds or investor folders.

We structure the storyline with you in the kickoff. You or your team writes the copy. We work alongside pitch coaches and copywriters when you need support.
