A CrossFit box rarely sells a workout. It sells members a community, a weekly routine and a clear coach. For a trial workout to become a regular member and a regular member to become someone who wears the box logo on hoodie and cap, you need more than a black-and-red logo: a brand that makes community and method visible, from the wall graphic to the WOD board.

What we actually deliver

A typical box project covers the logo design, the full visual identity, the wall-graphic concept, the wayfinding in the box (rig, wallball area, changing room, coach corner) and the façade design. On top come the WOD board system, the member-app layout (Wodify or custom), poster templates for the Open and Games, merch design for hoodie, shirt, cap and bottle and a website with trial-workout booking and landing pages for seasonal campaigns.

How long does the project take from sketch to opening?
A full brand build for a CrossFit box usually takes 8 to 12 weeks. A pure identity refresh with new wall graphic and Open poster templates is realistic in 6 to 8 weeks. Before the Open season we plan print so all posters and merch drops stand two weeks before the first workout.
Does Studio Rotstich also handle the wall graphic and box sign?
Yes. Wall graphics, vinyl, box sign and the interior wayfinding (rig, wallball area, changing room, office corridor) are developed with vinyl applicators and large-format printers we know, and we oversee installation.
Can we maintain the WOD board and member app ourselves?
Yes. The WOD board system is built as a layout logic the coach team fills daily. For the member app (for example Wodify or a custom app) we deliver the design layer that drops into the existing system.
Do you work across Germany?
Yes. CrossFit boxes in every region of Germany are a normal part of the project landscape, from large cities to small towns. Briefings and proofs run entirely remote, on-site visits for openings or wall-graphic setup are planned separately.
